The Kay-Zee Vent Drill is used to drive the small drill bits used in vent cleanout work on tire molds.  The Vent Drill is a very easy to control, compact, light weight pneumatic tool which allows the operator to clean micro and mini vent holes in the tire molds with minimum drill bit breakage.

Employees who are continually cleaning vents in molds complain about pain in their elbow.  Although the Vent Drill can operate at speeds up to 25,000 RPM, it is a perfectly balanced aluminum assembly that is vibration free which eliminates or significantly reduces any irritation in the elbow area.
The Kay-Zee Vent Drill is a very rugged hand tool that can last a lifetime with the proper care and maintenance.  Some of these tools have been rebuilt up to 12 times.  The average cost of a rebuild is approximately one fifth of the purchase price.                                                                        NOTE:  The Kay-Zee Vent Drill replaces the former Cratex 801.
