KAY-ZEE INC.

The standard knockout punch supplied by Kay-Zee Inc. has been modified to remove the center stem of a spring vent manufactured by Glebus.  The tip of the punch is ground down to fit the inner diameter of the spring vent sleeve.  When the spring vent is dirty and does not seal properly, it is necessary to remove the center stem.  The vent sleeve can remain in place and be cleaned with the mold.  Once the mold has been cleaned, the center stem can be re-inserted into the vent sleeve.

To identify the size of the spring vent knockout punch required, a Product Number is created as follows:

Series Number:  95

Diameter of Punch Rod:  .090"/2.30mm is 090    .078"/2.00mm is 078

Overall Length of Punch Rod:  6" long is 60,   6-1/4" long is 61

As an example, a spring vent punch with rod diameter of .051"/1.30mm, length of 10-1/4" has a Product Number of 95051101.
